I had an incredible experience during my travels in Scandinavia, when I crossed Sweden, Finland and Norway in 9 days. Aurora borelialis didn't want to show itself for a long time, but finally on the 4th day I saw it over the lake in the Finnish village Kilpisjarvi on the border with Norway. It's a really breathtaking experience and I think it's worth travelling north for.
