Bend in the Kitkajoki River in Oulanka National Park in northern Finland during sunset. Autumn spruce forest with blue river forming a snake. Suomi nature.One of the many beautiful places I have discovered in my travels across the Scandinavian country called Finland. It's a European country full of forests, rivers and especially lakes. I spent six months in Finland in 2021 and had plenty of time to travel. This is from Oulanka National Park, which is one of the most beautiful but also one of the most remote. For Finns, it's a very touristic centre, but people stop at the first kilometres and not many people go to this viewpoint because it's so far away. They were absolutely enchanted by this place. You have a view of a beautiful bend in the river that resembles a huge blue snake among the green trees. Untouched wildlife.
About Vaclav Sonnek
I come from a small village in the middle of the Beskydy Mountains in the Czech Republic. After 16 years of playing ice hockey at the highest level, at the age of 22 I was looking for an something different and another hobby. As I have always been attracted to the outdoors and making some memories, I bought a camera that grew on me. Thanks to the camera, I have explored new places and am trying to travel more around the world. My main goal is to show you the beauty of Europe.
